How we assess and install it in Melbourne

Every Quartz Shield project starts with an on-site assessment. We check the substrate condition and moisture, the falls to drains, floor wastes, edges, coving and door thresholds, the state of joints and any cracks, and the traffic the floor carries day to day. Preparation is mechanical - diamond grinding the slab back to clean, open concrete - followed by repairs to damaged edges, spalls and static cracks before any resin is mixed.
