When resurfacing is the right call
It works well when the slab is sound and reasonably level, cracks are hairline or repairable (not active structural breaks), oil and rust stains are on the surface rather than deep contamination, and you want a cleaner look, better grip, or a colour that sits next to a new garage floor. It is the wrong call when the driveway is moving, draining the wrong way, or the edges have broken off. Those jobs need a concreter first.
