The build is then a true resin system rather than a paint - a tinted EPO100T epoxy prime and basecoat carries a full decorative flake broadcast, which is scraped back and vacuumed once cured, then sealed under a protective clear finish such as Sparta 60 or Tetrathane UV. That layered build gives the floor real thickness underfoot, a lightly textured seamless surface, and a stone-look finish that hides the dust, tyre marks and grit a working Melbourne garage collects.
